Mr. Nguyen Cong Quang holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy from Hitotsubashi University (Japan). With over 25 years of experience in the securities industry, Mr. Quang has extensive expertise in finance and securities. Throughout his career, he has held various significant positions at the State Securities Commission of Vietnam and is currently the Deputy Director General of the Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC).

During his tenure at VSDC, Mr. Quang has been involved in developing several software management systems and ensuring the operation of IT systems at VSDC. He is currently responsible for the IT Department, Securities Depository and Member Management Department, Fund and Covered Warrant Services Management Department, and Finance and Accounting Department.

As a provider of securities clearing and settlement services for both the cash and derivatives markets, and as an entity responsible for registration, custody, exercise of rights, and fund services in the securities market, VSDC recognizes the critical importance of IT systems to meet the growing demands of the market.
