Vinh had more than 22 years of experience in IT industry. He has been driving many impactful projects on solution architect, DC, network planning, digital platforms.
Vinh received Bachelor of Engineering from Royal Institute of Technology (RMIT) at Melbourne, Australia with honor and Master of Telecommunication from Monash University.
