We, NTT e-MOI JSC, is a subsidiary belongs to NTT East Japan.

We have applied the latest technology to support business development and DX (Digital transformation) for our customer, through providing services such as: MSP/ITO (system operation, operation outsourcing), and global human resources training. In the field of software development, we specialize in using the leading low-code platforms, enabling us to deliver software products ensure high quality and short lead times development, it is extremely better than traditional development method.

1. Software Development

We utilize OutSystems, a market-leading low-code software development platform to develop software products. Our software products are characterized by speedy deployment, guaranteed quality, safety security, competitive cost and optimized resource.

In addition, depend on the needs of customer, we also develop mobile/web applications by other leading technology platforms such as Microsoft PowerApps.

• Maintenance & Technical support: After delivery the product, our technical team will continue to support end user in operating system, supporting technical problem (if any) and upgrade or add more features if customer request.

2. ITO & BPO service

We provide the service to support operation of information technology systems for end users.

We have been granted an information security management certificate (ISMS), therefore for operating environment requirements that must meet high information security as applied by NTT East Group, we completely respond to provide ITO and BPO services to customers with the highest level of security.

ITO (Information Technology Outsourcing) Service is an necessary activity of enterprise. Outsourcing ITO service  help enterprise focus on their core business development and optimizing resources. We have been supporting IT operation for customers, including services such as: system monitoring, error warning and issues handling, to ensure performance of the entire system and information security.
