He graduated from the Information Technology Department, Hanoi Univ. of Science and Tech. and then obtained a Master of Computer Engineering at Kyung Hee Univ., Seoul, Korea. He has over 20+ years of working experience in the Information Technology and Security industry, specializing in consulting, implementing, operating, managing information system security related projects, Cybersecurity and data privacy risk management projects.
