With over 25 years of experience in the securities industry, Mr. Quang has extensive expertise in finance and securities. Throughout his career, he has held various significant positions at the State Securities Commission of Vietnam and is currently the Deputy Director General of the Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">During his tenure at VSDC, Mr. Quang has been involved in developing several software management systems and ensuring the operation of IT systems at VSDC.
