He has 33 years of experience in the finance sector and expertise in the fields of IT analysis and planning. During his 33-year career, Mr. Trung has held many important positions and responsibilities, such as Deputy Director of the Department of Financial Informatics and Statistics and Director of the Information Technology Department of the State Securities Commission of Vietnam.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">During his career, Mr. Trung was one of the first officers of the Management Board of the IT Program, the precursor to today&#8217;s Department of Informatics and Financial Statistics. He has contributed to the development of many key IT systems for the finance sector, such as personnel management, emulation and commendation systems, and document management. This process includes investing in modern and synchronized systems that align with the development of new technologies from the Fourth Industrial Revolution. In addition to developing IT infrastructure, the SSC places great emphasis on ensuring cybersecurity and information security.
