The Ministry of Finance is a Government agency which has the function of implementing the State management in finance (including: State budget, tax, fees and other revenues of the State budget, national reserve, State financial funds, financial investment, corporate finance; cooperative finance and collective economy; Public property as prescribed by law); customs; accounting; independent auditing; insurance; prices; securities; insurance; financial and other services under the Ministry’s state management; conducting the ownership rights to the State’s investment capital in enterprises according to regulations of the Law.

DEPARTMENT OF FINANCIAL INFORMATICS AND STATISTICS, MINISTRY OF FINANCE
The Department of Financial Informatics and Statistics is a unit under the Ministry of Finance, with the function of advising and assisting the Minister of Finance in performing state management tasks and organizing the application of information technology and statistics in the financial sector.
The Department of Informatics and Financial Statistics has legal status, has its own seal, and is allowed to open accounts at the State Treasury and banks in accordance with the provisions of law.
NATIONAL INSTITUTION FOR FINANCE, MINISTRY OF FINANCE
The National Institution for Finance is a public scientific and technological organization under the Ministry of Finance, with the function of researching, formulating financial strategies and policies; basic and applied scientific research in the field of finance; analysis and forecast of financial and organizational economics, management of scientific and technological research activities of the Finance sector. In addition, the Institute also has the functions and tasks of training, consulting and providing public services in the field of finance.
The National Institution for Finance has its own legal status, seal, is allowed to open accounts at the State Treasury and commercial banks for transactions; be guaranteed funds for basic scientific research by the State budget as prescribed.
