Mr. Duong Tat Toan is working as the Technology Director of the Central Government Sector, FPT Information System.

Developed through practical experience of more than 22 years in consulting and implementing information systems in Vietnam and several foreign countries, he built a strong knowledge base and expertise in the fields of planning and architecting information technology systems; cloud computing; data management and analytics platforms, and middle-ware technologies.

Mr. Duong Tat Toan is one of the distinguished technology experts ranked by the FPT Corporation. He was recognized by many technology certificates such as IBM Certified Solution Architect. He is also one of the few TOGAF-certified enterprise architects in Vietnam.
