Over the course of 10 years, Mr. Trinh Van Bien has held key management positions at MISA, leading the team in consistently growing the company and ranking among the Top 5 information technology companies in Vietnam for several consecutive years. As the Chief Digital Transformation, Mr. Bien has provided support and implemented digital transformation solutions for over 350,000 customers in administrative agencies, businesses, individual business owners, and nearly 3.5 million individual customers.
Furthermore, Mr. Bien is also a member of expert teams and support teams for business support agencies, the Department of Planning and Investment, and local Business Associations, assisting in the implementation of digital transformation activities for businesses through awareness training, training on digital platforms, and digital transformation planning training for provinces such as Thanh Hoa, Bac Giang, Vinh Phuc, Hai Duong, and more.

In response to this, MISA presents the financial management solution, MISA FinGov, to assist Ministries, Sectors, and Localities in harnessing financial data, contributing to the development of the electronic financial sector, electronic government, and overall digital transformation of the entire industry.
